THE LITTLE GIRL FROM “LESTER’S POSSUM PARK”
I’ve seen a ton of amazing Max and Roxanne Goofy Movie Costumes all over the internet, so I thought I’d shine a light on my personal favorite character – the terrifyingly adorable little girl at “Lester’s Possum Park!” Although she is featured for a short amount of time, she leaves a lasting impression.
“Who’s your favorite possum?!” Greg swears she is how I looked and acted as a child, and I must admit, he’s not totally wrong!
For this A Goofy Movie costume,I wore a baby pink tank top, and white shorts with a scallop hem to match the girl’s pink dress (with similar scallop hem).
I teased my pigtails to get the right amount of volume and texture, and clipped in two matching pink bows. I finished the look with ruffle socks and white heart sunglasses to resemble her exaggerated cat eyeglasses.
THE ONE AND ONLY POWERLINE
I can’t be the only one who’s still waiting for a full Powerline album, right? This look is actually my first ever Disneybound! I crafted this A Goofy Movie Powerline costume for “Disneyland After Dark: 90’s Nite,” and had an absolute blast walking around the park in my themed look.
For a 90’s spin on A Goofy Movie Powerline costume, I layered two of the decade’s fashion staples – a turtleneck and overalls. I finished the look with the signature Powerline logo that I made from craft felt, black combat boots, mirrored sunglasses, and a pair of 90’s space buns in my hair.
The highlight of my night was being able to take a photo with Max himself, sporting HIS OWN Powerline costume! 😱 A Goofy Movie will always be at the top of my favorite movies list, so I will definitely have to recreate more looks from the beloved film!
